Jennifer Lees, Co-Creator and Co-Founder, BALMSHELL
Jennifer Lees is the co-creator and co-founder of BALMSHELL. With very little cosmetic industry experience and a huge passion for cosmetics, Jennifer set out to launch BALMSHELL. Since Prior to BALMSHELL Jennifer has worked in various sales positions in the media industry, including companies such as Highway Entertainment, an Omnicom Company, Fox Television Studios in Los Angeles and Business Television. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.
