Bryan Mcleod, CEO, Storage Appliance Corporation


Bryan McLeod, CEO of Storage Appliance Corporation is an accomplished entrepreneur with a keen understanding of what it takes to establish new businesses and quickly build sales channels that successfully deliver products and services to consumers. Bryan is currently working with his team at Storage Appliance Corporation to develop and market "ClickFree" storage products specifically designed so any consumer can perform easy backup for all their digital files.

In addition to Storage Appliance Corporation, Bryan has owned and operated two highly successful technology start-ups in the last ten years. His first two technology start-ups one in consumer electronics and the other in medical electronics went on to become leaders in their respective markets. Both of these companies were sold for purchase prices that exceeded $60 million.

In 2004, Bryan sold Intrigue Technologies (Harmony universal remote control) to Logitech Inc. Afterwards, Bryan joined the Logitech team for three years to manage and grow the Harmony remote control business. Harmony remotes went on to dominate the market for universal remote controls at retail accounting for almost 80% of the market by revenues. Harmony currently plays a central role in Logitech's digital home strategy and is a promising growth engine for the company.

Prior to becoming involved in consumer electronics, Bryan was an owner and operated a medical technology manufacturer, XLTEK, that developed advanced neuro-diagnostic instruments and software used by over 1,300 hospitals in the US, including six of the top 10 neurology and neurosurgery hospitals. XLTEK was taken public on the Toronto Stock Exchange and later sold to a drug company in the U.S.

Bryan began his business career as a Canadian Chartered Accountant with a specialization in auditing and Canadian and International Tax law. He also holds degrees in both Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto.
