High School Permssion Form
High School students must sign this legal permission form for liability purposes. The permission form must be signed by a legal guardian or parent and must be brought to Registration on Friday morning.
Supervision will be provided by teacher representatives.

All delegate must students must sign a photo release form for liability purposes. The permission form must be signed by a legal guardian or parent if you are under the of 18. The form must be brought to Registration on Friday morning.
